Change Manager – Procurement (Financial Services) in Brussels

Our client is a major player in the financial services sector, currently undergoing a large-scale procurement transformation program.

As part of this initiative, a new procurement tool (e.g. Ivalua-type solution) is being deployed to streamline processes, improve compliance, and enhance user experience across the organization.

We are looking for a Change Manager to support the successful adoption of this transformation.

Your Role

As a Change Manager, you will act as a key link between business teams and IT, ensuring smooth deployment and strong user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Change Management & Adoption

• Define and execute the change strategy

• Support user adoption across different populations

• Engage stakeholders and drive communication

2. Training & Documentation

• Deliver training sessions (multilingual environment)

• Create user guides, FAQs, and training materials

3. Deployment Support

• Participate in testing phases (UAT)

• Track and manage incidents via ticketing tools

• Support tool configuration and rollout

4. Post Go-Live Support

• Collect user feedback

• Provide ongoing support

• Identify improvement opportunities

Profile

Required Experience

• 5+ years in Change Management / Transformation

• Experience in Procurement / Sourcing environment

• Experience in tool deployment (ERP / Procurement tools)

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of procurement tools (Ivalua is a plus)

• Experience with ticketing tools

• MS Office / collaborative tools

Languages

• English: Fluent

• French: Good

• Dutch: Fluent
