What you’ll do

Manukau Institute of Technology and Unitec are seeking three experienced Change Managers to help deliver our ambitious digital transformation programme. These 2-year fixed-term opportunities will play a critical role in shaping how our people adopt and embrace change across major initiatives including:

• Finance Management System (FMS) replacement
• HR platform replacement
• Identity and email consolidation
• CRM and Student Journey platforms
• Other enterprise-wide digital and business transformation initiatives

Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery, you'll partner with leaders, project teams and stakeholders across the organisation to design and deliver people-centred change strategies that drive adoption, build capability and realise benefits.

What you'll bring

• 7+ years' experience leading change in complex programme and project environments
• Strong expertise in organisational, digital and technology-enabled transformation
• Proven ability to influence, engage and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation
• Experience developing and delivering change plans, stakeholder engagement, communications and readiness activities
• Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, CMI or equivalent
• A tertiary qualification in Change Management or equivalent experience
