Role: Change Operations Training Consultant

Location: Ponte Vedra area, Florida

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, Knowledge Management, Communications, Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in business process documentation, knowledge management, business analysis, change operations, or content governance.
• Experience with process mapping, SOPs, document lifecycle controls, repositories, permissions, and search/discoverability.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, Microsoft 365, and process-mapping tools preferred.
• Experience working across business and technology teams in a regulated or process-driven environment preferred.
