Channel Assist Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Channel Assist Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on delivering high-quality remote technical support and escalation management for cell analysis technologies used in a fast-paced scientific environment. You will partner closely with field service engineers, internal knowledge management teams, and product stakeholders to resolve complex issues, improve support processes, and strengthen customer outcomes. The position also includes technical training delivery and field feedback that helps inform ongoing product and service improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $176,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to field service engineers for cell analysis products
• Manage escalations by defining problems and assembling resolution teams
• Capture key information from support interactions for knowledge management
• Create and publish reusable content to the internal knowledge base
• Teach technical training courses as a certified instructor
• Provide field feedback to the product line
• Visit customer sites when necessary to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant experience supporting and/or using cell analysis products
• Ability to operate within an interrupt-driven environment
• Customer-focused with a strong customer-first attitude
• Demonstrated strong remote communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% for customer visits, training, and meetings
