Channel Development

HIRING! Target Media Nusantara (TMN) is currently looking for a results-driven Channel Development professional to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible in expanding our indoor media network, focusing specifically on acquiring partnerships with supermarkets and pharmacies through canvassing, negotiations, and more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field canvassing and pitching to retail partners within the supermarket and pharmacy sectors to identify high traffic locations for screen placement.
• Identify, prospect, and pitch retail partners within the supermarket and pharmacy sectors to install our screens on their premises.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts, such as property managers or owners.
• Lead negotiations, secure strategic placement terms, and finalize agreements aligned with company objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth site surveys and negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of work experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Site Acquisition, specifically within the supermarket/pharmacy, retail media, or advertising sectors.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

• Has basic proficiency in Excel.

• English fluency is a plus! (Mandarin fluency is even better!)

• Having a vast network/connection within the supermarket/pharmacy industry is a plus!
