Channel Development Manager - Agency

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency channel, increasing revenue and market share.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize agent productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in general insurance sales or related field.
• Proven track record in agent recruitment, training, and management.
• Strong understanding of the Indian insurance industry trends and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
