Hiring: Channel Development Manager Industrial Automation

We are looking for an experienced Channel Development Manager to build and expand a strong partner ecosystem across India in the Industrial Automation & Motion Control space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand distributor, dealer & system-integrator networks
  • Identify, onboard and manage strategic channel partners
  • Drive business growth through OEMs, machine builders & system integrators
  • Develop annual business plans, sales targets and growth strategies
  • Enable partners on Industrial Automation, VFD & Motion Control solutions
  • Monitor partner performance, KPIs and revenue contribution
  • Manage commercial negotiations, pricing and channel conflicts
  • Build sales pipeline and drive new customer acquisition

Required Skills

• 1015 years of experience in Industrial Automation / Motion Control / Channel Sales / Distribution Sales
  • Strong experience in distributor & partner network development
  • Experience with OEMs, machine builders and system integrators
  • Strong business planning, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
  • Knowledge of VFDs, Motion Control, Industrial Automation & Industry 4.0
  • CRM/SAP and sales-process experience preferred

Preferred Industry Exposure: Packaging, Material Handling, Warehouse Automation, Food & Beverage, Automotive, Textile or Pharmaceutical Machinery.

Candidate Criteria

• Growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Pune-based candidates preferred
  • Notice Period: Immediate / Serving Notice / Maximum 30 Days
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ stability in previous organisations preferred
