Channel Development Manager

Review trade marketing program execution, develop report and analysis data, develop strategy promotion in relevance to market in each channel, develop partnership with partners to activate new trade marketing program, develop strategy and standard of PICOS, POSM and POE, develop the execution standard of RED coaching score and evaluate program KPI incentive to ensure the execution and implementation of trade marketing program well implemented in the field.

Key Accountabilities

• Understand the trade channel; role, shoppers, shopper behaviors, market trend, opportunities, challenges, competition, etc. to have holistic view of Modern Trade Channel channels in order to have effective implementation of MT plans
• Develop strategy promotion in relevance to market in each channel in order to define the strategy promotion for each market channel
• Develop partnership with others (partners) to activate new trade marketing program in order to enhance trade marketing program for the company
• Ensure every marketing program are well communicated to respective part (Sales MT Account, Sales MT Execution, Marketing Ops, etc.) to ensure every program are implemented as per plan
• Review trade marketing program execution and implementation in the field to ensure the execution and implementation of trade marketing program well implemented in the field Lead
• Plan and evaluate Trade Marketing program together with Sales MT and Finance team
• Develop report, analysis data and propose trade marketing program to enhance sales volume and effectiveness of trade marketing program
• Monitor and review DME Utilization for Marketing Program in Sales MT to ensure are cost are manageable align with the budget
• Develop strategy and standard of PICOS, POSM and POE related in specific outlet to ensure strategy and standard well implemented
• Develop the execution standard of RED coaching score and its implementation in the field related with incentive calculation of sales representative to ensure the effectiveness of RED coaching score implementation in the field
• Evaluate program KPI incentive, first bundling, promotion and KPI volume transaction to ensure each strategy well executed in the outlet
• Foster high performance culture and build people capability.
• Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates’ performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)
• Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken

Career Experience And Qualifications Education Background :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline

Professional Experience :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling customer, sales and operations and brand activation. Preferable in FMCG Industry
