Channel Development Manager (Negros Island)

• Lead and manage distributor operations and Field Sales teams to achieve sales targets, distribution objectives, and overall business goals of Cosmetique Asia Corporation

• Develop and implement channel development strategies by planning, organizing, and controlling sales performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth plans. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to drive business opportunities and improve market share. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts to ensure effective execution of trade programs, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews, and recommend action plans to optimize productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or any related course.
• 2 years of experience with similar position.
• Proficient in using MS Programs (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a valid driver’s license.
• Relevant experience in the FMCG or personal care industry is a plus.
• Willing to do field work, familiarity with assigned areas.
