We are looking for a results-driven Channel Distribution Manager to lead commercial growth and distribution excellence within an assigned territory. In this role, you will develop and execute localized channel strategies, drive sales performance, strengthen distributor partnerships, and identify new business opportunities to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in the FMCG industry, distributor management, and team leadership, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies. This position requires extensive fieldwork, stakeholder management, and a high level of mobility, as assignment may be anywhere in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement territory growth and distribution strategies.
• Manage distributor performance, sales operations, and channel effectiveness.
• Drive achievement of sales, availability, execution, and market share targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributor partners.
• Lead business reviews, sales planning, and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct field coaching and capability-building programs for distributor teams.
• Monitor financial performance, trade investments, inventory management, and operational compliance.
• Utilize data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
