The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the channel, ensuring it remains active, informative, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the channel and ensure regular activity.
• Share important updates, announcements, and relevant information when necessary.
• Respond to questions, feedback, and comments from channel members.
• Monitor members’ engagement and feedback.
• Ensure information shared on the channel is accurate, timely, and properly communicated.
• Escalate important issues, complaints, or feedback when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and well-organized channel environment.
• Support engagement and encourage members to remain active on the channel.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
