What they need
About the role
Manage and develop distributors for Veterinary and Medical products in the Philippines. Protect existing Veterinary business and assist in building new hospital, laboratory, clinic accounts. Managing Medical business distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and develop distributors or sub-distributors where coverage gaps exist
- Lead product launches, demonstrations, promotions, tenders and major commercial opportunities
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, inventory planning, collections and distributor performance
- Coordinate registration and market-access activities with distributors and internal teams
- Provide monthly sales reports and achieve agreed revenue, gross-margin and collection targets
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Veterinary Science or a related field
- 3-5+ years of diagnostics, medical-device, veterinary, laboratory or healthcare channel-sales experience
- Able to work independently and travel throughout the Philippines
