Channel Operation Coordinator

We’re Hiring: Channel Operation Officer

Join our team as a Channel Operation Officer and take part in improving our business operations, enhancing staff performance, and driving channel efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and analyze business performance reports

• Conduct surveys and report findings to management

• Provide training on product knowledge, new policies, and campaigns

• Ensure operational compliance and smooth channel processes

• Manage SIM-kit, top-up, and e-money transactions

• Solve operational issues effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

• Strong English communication (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Willing to travel for business trips when required

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: 600,000MMK abd above/month (based on experience)
