Channel Operations Manager

• Collaborate with the Africa regional team to develop relevant clients/agencies and provide ad campaign support, taking accountability for hitting performance targets.
• Be familiar with key operational support touchpoints across pre-sales and in-sales stages, identify pain points throughout the full customer marketing lifecycle, and deliver marketing planning proposals.
• Regularly analyze business data, sales activities and market trends to pinpoint bottlenecks. Work closely with internal central product and user product teams to align objectives, resolve issues and optimize operational strategies.
• Support daily customer operations for the sales team, including order settlement, account diagnosis, and coordinate internal resources to adjust and optimize ad delivery plans.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in OEM vendor end-to-end operations, channel management or internet advertising.
• Proficient in performance advertising and familiar with manufacturer traffic characteristics.
• Strong capability in B2B sales partnership liaison and management; proven track record of independently leading client development is preferred.
• Excellent logical thinking, collaboration and communication skills, with solid business development and sales capabilities.
• Able to leverage AI tools to generate PPTs and assist with daily work delivery.
