Channel Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, reconcile, and submit monthly business bills for payment, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Coordinate the distribution of vouchers/rewards for various promotional campaigns, including issuance, redemption, tracking, and inventory management, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Support the promotion and execution of campaigns, monitor campaign performance, conduct data analysis, and prepare summaries to provide insights and references for future campaigns.
• Regularly collect, organize, and analyze various types of data, including annual budgets, traffic data, content performance data, and other relevant operational data.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time accredited university. Candidates with a background in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines are preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong ability to use Excel functions, PivotTables, and other tools for data processing and analysis.
• Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and diagnose issues based on data.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and rigorous, with strong logical thinking, comprehension, and communication skills.
