Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and prospects for real estate projects.
• Promote and market Manju Groups' projects through personal and professional networks.
• Identify potential buyers, investors and corporate clients.
• Coordinate property visits and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral networks.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful bookings.
• Provide regular updates on leads, site visits and conversions.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of brokers, agents and property consultants.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Channel Partner business preferred.
• Strong network of property brokers, agents, and potential buyers.
• Good knowledge of the Chennai real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
