Azizi Developments is a leading UAE-based private real estate developer with a growing portfolio of landmark residential and mixed-use developments. Our corporate functions play a critical role in supporting the Group’s strategy, growth, governance and long-term business objectives.

As a Channel Partner Executive , you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with real estate agencies and brokers, driving property sales and ensuring Azizi’s projects remain a preferred choice within the broker community.

Responsibilities:

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and channel partners

• Identify and onboard new brokerage companies and high-performing brokers

• Drive sales through the channel partner network and achieve assigned targets

• Present and promote Azizi’s portfolio of residential and investment opportunities

• Conduct regular agency visits, presentations, property briefings and sales meetings

• Keep channel partners updated on new launches, pricing, promotions, inventory and payment plans

• Follow up on leads, reservations and transactions to ensure smooth deal closure

• Monitor broker performance and identify opportunities to increase productivity

• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing and CRM teams to maximize channel performance

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, competitor projects and customer demand
