What they need
About the Role
As our Channel Partner Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between TrustNet and our OEM and technology partners. You'll nurture existing alliances, open doors to new ones, and turn those relationships into real opportunities for our clients. You'll also play a central role in our RFP process, helping us put our best foot forward on every bid.
Working closely with Kylie League and our marketing, sales, and delivery teams, you'll help shape how TrustNet goes to market with its partners, and you'll see the impact of your work directly in the pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage strong, day-to-day relationships with OEM and technology partners, serving as TrustNet's primary point of contact.
- Develop joint go-to-market plans, co-marketing activities, and partner enablement programs with our alliances.
- Lead and coordinate RFP and RFI responses from intake through submission, gathering input from subject-matter experts and keeping every deadline on track.
- Identify and qualify new partner and opportunity leads, including deal registrations and co-sell opportunities.
- Track partner certifications, program requirements, and benefits so TrustNet stays in good standing and makes the most of each program.
- Maintain accurate partner and opportunity records in our CRM and partner portals, and share regular updates on activity and results.
- Collaborate across time zones with teams in the United States, Brazil, and Costa Rica.
What You'll Bring
- Fluency in English, written and spoken, with the confidence to communicate clearly with partners and clients in the U.S. and globally.
- Hands-on experience working with OEMs, such as managing partner programs, vendor relationships, or reseller and alliance channels.
- Proven experience conducting and managing RFPs, including coordinating contributors, writing or editing responses, and meeting submission requirements.
- Strong computer proficiency, including comfort with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and partner portals.
- Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to juggle multiple partners and deadlines at once.
- A warm, relationship-first approach and a genuine enjoyment of bringing people together.
- Based in Brazil.
Nice to Have
- Experience with partner programs from companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Red Hat, or major distributors.
- Background in IT services, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with public-sector or enterprise procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
Why You'll Love It Here
- Work with leading technology partners and Fortune 500 clients on meaningful AI and automation initiatives
- Join a veteran-owned company built on integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
- Be part of a growing global team where your ideas are heard and your contributions are visible
- Grow your skills in partner management, enterprise sales, and emerging technology.
