Channel Sales Executive

• Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners to maximize business opportunities.
• Generate sales leads and property bookings through the Channel Partner network.
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and product briefings for Channel Partners.
• Organize CP meets, promotional activities, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate with Channel Partners regarding inventory availability, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through Channel Partners.
• Support Channel Partners in closing sales and achieving mutual business goals.
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of CP-generated leads and bookings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, CRM, and finance teams for smooth transaction processing.
• Ensure timely processing of Channel Partner commissions and documentation.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
