Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive channel strategies, development plans, and territorial layouts in alignment with corporate business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and channel KPIs to optimize channel effectiveness and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, engage, and develop strategic partners, establishing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships while enhancing partner capabilities.
• Lead the recruitment and enablement of international channels, design and execute product-specific marketing and go-to-market programs, and ensure value delivery and measurable impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align channel initiatives with market needs and company priorities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT channel management or local project sales, with proven track record of building and scaling channel systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; advanced business or technical qualifications preferred.
• English proficiency; English will be the working language for cross-border collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
• High integrity, professionalism, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
