Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Banking, Back Office, Customer Support, Operations, Coordination, or Backend Support are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle royalty collection follow-ups, including kit, royalty and other payable amounts.
• Manage accounting activities, outstanding confirmations and reconciliation.
• Coordinate training planning and scheduling.
• Provide software and backend support to LCLs/franchisees.
• Handle LCL queries and provide timely support.
• Manage stock and inventory-related activities.
• Support and manage around 30 LCLs/franchisees.
• Maintain Excel data and perform data reconciliation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on pending activities.
• Provide backend support for area-level events.
• Support major events such as CIOP, CIUP, Annual Meetings and Prodigies.

Additional Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data reconciliation
• Tally knowledge is preferred
• Good documentation and backend support skills
