Chaperone

About the Role

We are seeking a polished, discreet, and dependable Chaperone to provide professional accompaniment and personal support to guests/residents while ensuring their comfort, safety, and privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany guests/residents to scheduled activities, appointments, events, and engagements as required.
• Provide courteous and discreet personal assistance throughout assigned engagements.
• Coordinate with butlers, drivers, concierge, and other service teams to support guest movements and schedules.
• Assist with coordinating appointments, activities, and other planned engagements.
• Maintain awareness of guest schedules and provide timely support.
• Anticipate reasonable guest needs and ensure appropriate assistance is provided.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Report relevant concerns or incidents promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a professional, polished, and respectful presence at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; OND/ND in Hospitality & Tourism Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in hospitality, guest services, executive support, personal assistance, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting VIPs, executives, private clients, or high-profile guests is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional maturity.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal presentation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Calm, observant, adaptable, and service-oriented.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and sound judgement.
