What they need
Company Description BOGAN Foundation is a Dallas–Fort Worth–based nonprofit that supports neurodivergent youth and the parents and caregivers who advocate for them. The organization creates spaces where young people can build confidence, express themselves, explore strengths, and gain real-world, future-ready skills. Through hands-on programs such as Story Studio™ and Build It Your Way™, youth develop communication, creativity, STEM, and other practical skills. Parents and caregivers receive easier access to resources, advocacy support, and community connections that help them better support their children. BOGAN collaborates with families, schools, community organizations, businesses, and volunteers to expand opportunities for neurodivergent youth to learn, connect, and thrive.
Role Description The Chapter Lead is a volunteer, hybrid role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with a mix of on-site community engagement and work-from-home responsibilities. This role oversees local chapter activities, coordinates programs and events, and builds partnerships with schools, community organizations, families, and volunteers. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and facilitating youth and parent programs, managing outreach and communications, and supporting recruitment and engagement of volunteers and participants. The Chapter Lead tracks program attendance and feedback, maintains accurate records, and provides regular updates to foundation leadership. This role also helps identify local needs, contributes to program improvements, and ensures that chapter activities align with BOGAN’s mission to support neurodivergent youth and their families.
