JOB SUMMARY
Your next chapter — create locomotion packs, emotes, and expressive character animations for Roblox. Use body mechanics, timing, and weight to convey personality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create Fortnite-style emotes and dance animations.
• Build locomotion packs — idle, walk, run, jump, swim.
• Nail timing, weight, and expression loops that feel right in-game.
• Refine animations through feedback and testing.
• Guide 5–6 freelance animators alongside own work — briefs, feedback, and quality delivery.

WHAT MATTERS

• Character animation experience in Blender and a strong portfolio/showreel.
• Animation taste, care, and ownership — able to explain choices clearly.
• 1–2+ years of experience (not a strict minimum) — independent and small-team project experience counts.
• Roblox Studio / Unity knowledge welcome, but not required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
