Job Summary
The Charge Nurse plays a vital leadership role within our healthcare facility, overseeing patient care delivery, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate CNA staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform catheterization while adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
• Manage complex procedures such as tube feeding.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records and documentation within EMR/EHR systems.

Skills

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including PointClickCare.
• Ability to perform complex assessments.
• Exceptional leadership skills to supervise CNA teams effectively while maintaining high standards of resident safety and quality care.
• Excellent communication skills for teaching patients/families about treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
