Charge Nurse - Operating Room, Evening Shift

Charge Nurse Seeking a Charge Nurse for the Operating Room to provide patient-centered, holistic nursing care across all ages. Responsibilities include coordinating quality nursing services , managing operational issues, and supporting staff during shifts. The role requires effective communication of patient care, departmental, and staff concerns to leadership, serving as a resource and guide for team members.

Qualifications Include

• Graduation from a nursing program
• At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience (2+ preferred)
• Current RN license in the state (multistate license acceptable)
• Certification in BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Clinical competency and preferred Bachelor’s degree or advanced certifications
