Charge Nurse - PCU, PT Nights

Role: Responsible for coordinating and delivering quality nursing care across all age groups during night shifts.

Key Duties: Provides clinical care as needed, manages operational issues, communicates patient and staff concerns, and offers guidance to staff.

Qualifications: Must have a nursing diploma, at least one year of hospital nursing experience, and a current Georgia RN license with BLS certification.

Preferred Skills: Two or more years of hospital experience, a bachelor's degree, advanced specialty certification, and demonstrated clinical competency.
