Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse

Heardmont Health Properties is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge nurse to join our team of amazing caregivers.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage operations in a healthcare facility while ensuring compliance with standards and protocols for various departments, including sonography, sterile processing, laboratory, pain management, and occupational health
• Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
• Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to maintain effective communication and coordination across departments
• Assist nursing with medications

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of GA
• Long term care experience preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of healthcare professionals
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail to ensure compliance with standards and protocols
• Problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during weekend operations
