Southern Pain and Spine is a growing interventional pain management practice serving patients throughout North Georgia and Metro Atlanta. Our board-certified providers deliver personalized treatment plans and minimally invasive procedures designed to reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life.

We are looking for a skilled Charge RN who can help guide daily clinical operations while remaining closely involved in patient care.

About the Position

The Charge RN helps oversee daily clinical activities and supports the nursing team in delivering safe, efficient, patient-centered care. This role serves as a clinical resource for staff, assists with workflow and staffing coordination, and provides direct nursing care throughout the patient's procedural experience.

What You'll Do

• Help organize daily clinical assignments, staffing, and patient flow.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing and support staff.
• Provide direct nursing care during pre-operative, procedural, and recovery phases.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor responses to treatment and procedures.
• Identify changes in patient condition and communicate concerns to physicians and appropriate team members.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient information accurately in the EHR.
• Help ensure compliance with clinical policies, safety standards, and established protocols.
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory initiatives.
• Supervise support personnel and reinforce facility expectations.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education.
• Maintain professional and evidence-based nursing standards.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or pain management practice.
• Experience with Athena EHR.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• CPAN certification.
