Chargeback Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee chargeback and dispute resolution processes from initiation through final settlement.
• Ensure compliance with card scheme regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Review and resolve complex chargeback cases while minimizing financial losses and operational risks.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance and service quality targets.
• Monitor operational performance, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with card schemes, merchants, banks, and internal stakeholders to support dispute management activities.
• Prepare management reports, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Support strategic projects, system enhancements, and automation initiatives related to chargeback operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Chargeback, Dispute Management, Card Operations, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or other card scheme dispute processes and regulations.
• Experienced in people management and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English.

Work Location: BAY Rama 3 (Head Quarter), Bangkok
