Key responsibilities

• Responsible for all the building's mechanical and electrical facilities and ensuring building operations are functioning well with minimal interruptions. These facilities include air-conditioning, lifts and fire alarm systems, all electrical installations, standby generators, water pumps, motors, and other mechanical/ electrical equipment.

  • to conduct daily inspections and periodic maintenance as scheduled.
  • to service / test run any systems as scheduled.
  • to replace/repair all faults/breakdowns and maintain proper records
  • to ensure cleanliness of all equipment and rooms.

• To attend to all authority inspections/emergency calls.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with equipment status, findings from the checklists and schedules for preventive maintenance work.

• Manage spare parts inventory, purchasing and stock records.

• To attend to all complaints regarding building facilities and make necessary arrangements to resolve all the problems and issues.

• To participate in developing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, and priorities with regard to facilities management.
