CHARGEMAN

Responsibilities:

• Lead and handle all electrical matters for plant equipment, from control systems, low voltage to high tension.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control system problems.
• Carry out time-based and condition-based maintenance according to schedule.
• Support recovery activities during major equipment breakdowns.
• Report equipment irregularities and safety/emergency issues promptly to superior.
• Assist in the installation and setup of plant machinery.
• Supervise contractors on service work and equipment modifications.
• Perform routine shift duties, housekeeping, and ensure facilities and equipment are well maintained.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required for production or preventive maintenance (TPM).
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
