Chargeman

• Maintenance and Upkeep. Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify issues related to structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• System Monitoring. Monitor the performance and functionality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements, upgrades, or replacements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Coordination. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to carry out repair and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Regulatory Compliance. Ensure all facilities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Energy Management. Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities to reduce usage and costs.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and track their effectiveness.
• Emergency Response. Respond promptly to emergencies such as equipment failures or safety hazards.
• Coordinate swift and effective responses to minimize disruption and ensure safety.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications:
• Chargeman Certificate (Minimum A0 level).
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong character, calm and independent during perform daily task as schedule.
• MS Office and basic AutoCAD understanding. Willing to learn the internal development system.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with Building Maintenance, Facility Improvement and Energy Management tools is an advantage.
• With or Without experience are welcoming to apply.
• Willing to work in Melaka
