Charitable Gambling Manager

Job Overview

As a Charitable Gambling Manager, you’ll oversee charitable gaming operations at five sites and help ensure activities are conducted responsibly, accurately, and in line with applicable requirements. You’ll coordinate daily operations, maintain clear records, and work with staff and partners to support compliant, well-managed programs. This role calls for sound judgment, careful documentation, and confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage charitable gambling operations, schedules, records, and compliance processes.
• Review applicable rules and policies, identify risks, and address compliance gaps.
• Monitor financial and operational data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with staff and external partners to resolve issues and keep activities on track.
• Your impact: Careful oversight helps protect charitable funds and supports community beneficiaries through transparent, responsible operations.
• Present budget and financial reports to the Gambling Committee and the membership on a monthly basis.

Skills

• Essential: Experience or knowledge in compliance management, regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance, data analysis, and clear writing.
• Essential: Strong cross-functional communication and the ability to interpret policies, assess records, and manage compliance projects.
• Ability to work with and support staff members and site managers at various sites and the owners of those sites.
• Ability to manage required gambling and tax documentation.
• Flexibility to work when required, which could be daytime, evening, or weekend hours.

Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour
