Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, taxation, compliance, accounting operations, and audit-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of GST and other applicable returns.
• Assist in tax planning and preparation of tax-related documentation.
• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors.
• Review accounting records, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial controls.
• Coordinate with banks, consultants, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience in audit and statutory compliance will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Candidate

• Qualified CA with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, or Compliance.
• Candidates based in or willing to work in New Delhi will be preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
