Duties

• Safely operate charter buses in accordance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Transport passengers to designated destinations with punctuality and professionalism
• Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of the bus to ensure mechanical safety and readiness
• Communicate clearly with passengers using effective communication skills; address questions or concerns politely and efficiently
• Manage behavior and maintain order among passengers, especially children or vulnerable populations, utilizing behavior management techniques
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage logs, safety checks, and incident reports as required
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring passenger comfort throughout the journey

Experience

• Proven experience in bus driving or commercial driving roles, preferably with school bus driving or charter bus service
• Strong knowledge of driving regulations and safety procedures applicable to commercial vehicles and passenger transport
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse communities
• Mechanical aptitude for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance awareness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
