About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and client-related assignments while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Conduct finalization of accounts and ensure proper accounting practices.
• Handle tax audits, statutory audits, and related documentation.
• Review and analyse financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Manage client communication and resolve accounting and taxation queries.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and business analysis.
• Supervise and guide junior accountants/articles as required.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• CA Qualified with 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Auditing.
• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professional integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling multiple clients/assignments.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and MIS reporting.
• Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance functions.
• Team management and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
