Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants and statutory authorities.
• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts activities and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Review GST workings and statutory returns.
• Coordinate and support Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit.
• Assist in finalization of accounts.
• Monitor manufacturing costing, inventory valuation and cost control.
• Analyze production cost, material consumption and cost variances.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, cash flow and management reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivables and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants and statutory authorities.
• Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with company policies.
• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Review plant expenses, purchase bills, sales transactions and other financial documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales and HR departments for finance-related Issues.
• Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
• Handle tax notices and coordinate with consultants wherever required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for statutory and internal requirements.
• ROC Filling MCA Related knowledge.

CO-ordinate with CMA/CS Filling of statutory compliance.
