Role & responsibilities

Chartered Accountant (CA) 3+ Years PQE
Experience: 3+ Years Post-Qualification Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and accounting entries.
• Support statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audit activities.
• Review financial data and identify discrepancies and process gaps.
• Prepare MIS and ad-hoc financial analysis for management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.

Required Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of PQE.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Experience in audit, controllership, financial reporting, or accounting operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• ERP/accounting system experience is preferred.
