Chartered Accountant (CA) – Job Description | Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory reports.
• Monitor project-wise accounts, expenses, revenues, and profitability.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and review ledgers and financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Assist in financial planning, cash-flow management, and cost control.
• Review contracts, invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
• Support real estate project accounting, including land, construction, and development costs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Identify financial risks and provide recommendations to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate/construction.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,596.26 - ₹41,734.46 per month

Work Location: In person
