Key Roles & Responsibilities
 Financial Management & Reporting
 Oversee the end-to-end finance and accounting function of the organization.
 Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
 Ensure accurate MIS reporting and variance analysis for management decision-making.
 Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
 Provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership.
Controllership & Compliance
Act as the Finance Controller ensuring robust financial governance.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.

Internal Controls & Risk Management Design and implement internal financial controls and SOPs.
 Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
 Ensure strong process compliance and financial discipline across departments.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.

Stakeholder Management Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams for financial insights.
 Present financial performance and analysis to senior management.
 Support strategic initiatives including business expansion and investments.
