About the Company

Kinetic Dynamic Flex Private Limited is a growing manufacturing company engaged in the production of high-quality sports infrastructure materials. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team and play a key role in managing financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits while coordinating with auditors and consultants.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and cost analysis.
• Monitor inventory valuation, manufacturing costs, and product costing.
• Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified (Mandatory).
• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, audit, and taxation.
• Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is ad advantage.
• Experience in costing, inventory accounting, factory accounting, and production finance will be highly preferred.
• Knowledge of cost optimization and financial controls in a manufacturing environment.
