Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Accounting (EPC Focus):

• Maintain project-wise books of accounts in line with contract terms.
• Monitor project budgets, cost controls, and revenue recognition.
• Reconcile project costs with procurement and billing departments.
• Assist in preparing Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports and margin analysis.
• Support project billing, revenue accruals, and cost allocations.
• Handling Project costing, project accounting

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS.
• Perform variance analysis, financial ratios, and profitability tracking.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Assist in consolidation of accounts, inter-company reconciliations, and segment reporting.

3. ROC and Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure timely filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) including AOC-4, MGT-7, etc.
• Maintain statutory registers, board resolutions, and minutes of meetings.
• Coordinate with company secretaries/legal team for compliance-related matters.

4. Taxation & Regulatory Support:

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax workings.
• Reconcile GST input credits and coordinate with consultants for tax planning.
• Support documentation for tax assessments, notices, or queries.

5. Process Improvement & Controls:

• Support in implementing internal controls, SOPs, and ERP workflows.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce financial leakages or delays.

6. Banking

• Accounting Payable and Account receivable
• Making weekly report
• Handling team and guide them
• Make a balance sheet and P&L report
