Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage books of accounts for multiple Agrya clients across various industries.
• Handle end-to-end accounting including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization support.
• Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure activities.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow summaries, and management reports.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital position.
• Provide financial advisory support, assist in financial planning, and contribute to key financial decision-making for clients.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Maintain strong internal controls and accounting documentation.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Guide and review work performed by junior accounting team members (if applicable).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 2 5 years (including Articleship) of experience in internal or industry accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in Tally (Zoho Books exposure preferred).
• Experience handling accounts for multiple entities preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a team with ownership mindset.
• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
