About the Role

We're looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to manage and review accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audit coordination, and related finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review sales/revenue invoicing and accounting entries.
• Review purchase and expense entries and ensure proper accounting.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable, collection follow-ups, and ledger reconciliation.
• Manage Accounts Payable, payment planning, and ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow planning and working capital requirements.
• Manage monthly closure of books of accounts.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial information as required by management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement appropriate controls.
• Review and ensure timely statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, and other applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants for responses to statutory notices and related matters.
• Support finalisation of books of accounts and audit preparation.
• Review payroll calculations and related statutory compliances.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare/review advance tax computations and income tax returns.
• Liaise with statutory auditors and coordinate for timely audit closure.
• Coordinate with government authorities, banks, Company Secretary, statutory auditors, and other external consultants.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, taxation, audit, or controllership functions.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, payroll-related compliances, and statutory requirements.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, audit processes, and month-end closure.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple finance and compliance activities with accuracy and within timelines.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
