Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

Manage and review day-to-day accounting transactions and general ledger activities.

Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

Conduct ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses, and other financial transactions.

2. Manufacturing Accounting & Costing

Monitor and analyze raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory.

Assist in calculating and monitoring product/manufacturing costs.

Analyze material consumption, wastage, production costs, and overheads.

Support management in identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Reconcile physical inventory with accounting/ERP records.

Monitor inventory valuation and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory.

3. GST & Taxation

Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance and return filing.

Handle TDS compliance, returns, payments, and reconciliations.

Assist with income tax compliance, tax audits, and assessments.

Ensure proper accounting and documentation of GST input/output transactions.

Monitor changes in taxation laws and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

4. Audit & Compliance

Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal auditors.

Prepare schedules, documents, and information required for audits.

Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory requirements.

Identify financial control gaps and recommend corrective measures.

Maintain proper records and documentation for statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
