ACCOUNTS FUNCTIONS

• Supervision accuracy & finalization of accounts and its monthly review
• Purchase & Expenses Voucher Authorization
• Verification of all payments voucher
• Credit control
• Ledger scrutiny
• Prepare unaudited Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet on Quarterly basis.
• Verification of all payments voucher
• Imparting on the job training to sub-ordinates for their efficient working
• Verification of interest statement received from Banks / Financial Institution.
• Verifying & disbursing salary, expenses & reimbursements to staff / contractors

STATUTORY COMPLIANCES

• Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues like TDS, VAT, Service Tax, PF, Professional Tax etc.
• RERA Quarterly returns, Registration, Alteration and all other compliances
• Direct / indirect Taxation and its timely Assessments.
• Liaison with Sales Tax / Income Tax department and Consultants
• Preparing required details for scrutiny cases and to co ordinate with consultants

FINANCE FUNCTIONS

• Preparation of financial data / project reports for availing finance from bank /NBFC
• Cash flow & fund flow Management
• Working capital Management & renewal / enhancement.
• Liaison with Banks / FIs

COSTING, MIS & BUDGETING FUNCTIONS

• Projected vs. Actual cash flow
• Site wise budgeted vs. actual cost with variance analysis.
• Project / Site-wise, Plot / Flat wise collection data.
• Statutory compliances
• Any other MIS requested from time to time.
• Prepare MIS report for GM Patel
• Prepare Suryam group MIS and sales data

AUDIT FUNCTIONS

• Compliances to Tax Audit
• Ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit
• Compliance to Internal Audit
