Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Fresher) – Statutory Audit

About Us

We are a Chartered Accountancy firm with an established audit practice covering statutory audits and tax audits of companies and other entities. We are looking for a newly qualified CA who wants hands-on audit exposure and to grow with the firm.

Responsibilities

• Execute statutory audits of companies under the Companies Act, 2013
• Conduct tax audits and prepare Form 3CA/3CB-3CD
• Perform vouching, ledger scrutiny, and verification of fixed assets, inventory, and balances
• Prepare and review financial statements as per Schedule III, including Ind AS where applicable
• Draft audit reports, CARO reporting and management letters
• Maintain audit working papers and documentation as per Standards on Auditing
• Coordinate with clients for records, queries and closure of audit observations.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI member); 0–1 year post-qualification experience
• Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards, Standards on Auditing and the Companies Act
• Working knowledge of Ind AS preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Tally
• Audit exposure during articleship
• Willing to travel to client locations when required
