Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting, month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, cost, and tax auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Develop and present MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
• Partner with operations and plant teams to improve cost efficiencies and financial controls.
• Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with company policies.
• Support strategic initiatives, business planning, and financial decision-making.

Desired Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in a foundry or manufacturing organization.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP Mandatory).
• Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
