Chartered Accountant

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to work on Oracle NetSuite ERP, supporting finance and accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP-related activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and an interest in learning and working with NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with financial accounting and bookkeeping activities in Oracle NetSuite.
• Support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Assist in bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
• Support financial reporting, trial balance preparation, and account reconciliations.
• Work with NetSuite financial modules and learn ERP-based accounting workflows.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and resolving accounting discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of finance-related tasks.
• Support data validation, transaction processing, and financial documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Basic understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and financial statements.
• Interest in Oracle NetSuite ERP and cloud-based accounting systems.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Exposure to ERP-based accounting or financial management systems.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices.
• Familiarity with Excel formulas, PivotTables, and financial data analysis.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000
• Work Location: Remote / Work From Home
• Working Schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
